To explore the systematic diversity of mangrove actinomycetes as well as screening of top valued enzymes. The target sampling region was selected on Muthupet mangrove forest, Tamilnadu, India. Currently, increasing number of investigation has been done to identify ecological factors deciding for active compounds of soil actinomycetes in the estuarine mangrove ecosystem [10].
